Job description:

As a training and development officer, you will coordinate the overall learning and professional development of our organisation's workforce.
Your responsibilities will include the following:

• identifying training and development needs amongst other through regular consultation with business managers;
• designing and developing training and development programmes based on identified needs;
• coordinating the production and delivery of training and development programmes;
• considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as well as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme;
• continuously evaluating training and development programmes, adapting them when needed to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
• keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, etc;
• having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery or e-learning packages.

Your profile:

• You have a Master Degree in Business Management or equivalent, ideally combined with a first relevant experience of 1 to 3 years, preferably in a similar type of position or in project management.
• A good knowledge of Dutch, French and English is required, both written and spoken;
  You have a good command of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
• You are able to prioritize and have excellent organizational skills combined with a strong sense of responsibility;
  You are accurate and proactive with good communication skills;
  You are flexible in changing circumstances and you are resistant to stress.
